Supplemental Student Application - Enrolling part-time at MNOHS

All MNOHS students require:

• a computer
• a high speed Internet connection

To enroll as a Supplemental student at MNOHS:

1. Complete the online application form
2. Complete the Online Learning form (OLL)
   This must be signed by you, your parent or guardian (if you are under 18), AND your current school counselor.

IMPORTANT: To confirm your enrollment at MNOHS, complete the two steps above by this deadline:

• Quarter 1 | Starts August 29, 2013 - Confirmed applications will be accepted through September 11, 2013.

Minnesota Online High School is open to any Minnesota resident in grades 9 through 12.
