AP Art History Is Back Online! - Last Day to Enroll is January 11th Print E-mail

AP Art History is back online! The Perpich Center for Arts Education (PCAE) and Minnesota Online High School (MNOHS) are collaborating once again to offer Advanced Placement Art History to students across Minnesota. This unique course offers students a chance to earn college credit while advancing their studies in the visual arts.

What: Students will learn to examine works of art, architecture and understand the cultures, people and times that contributed to the creation of those works and structures to develop a comprehensive knowledge of visual art and human culture.

When: The AP test is May 12th. The course will begin on January 11th in order to provide enough time for students to learn, study, and prepare for the test. MNOHS will accept students through January 11th.

Minnesota Online High School also prepares students to use online tools such as threaded discussions, whiteboards, and graphing software that are used in many college classes. Courses can be taken for honors credit or for standard credit. Education is the edge that today's young workers need to advance. Graduates of Minnesota Online High School will understand their college options and will have the tools for college success.
