About the PSEO program: This program enables high school students to attend regular college or university courses, many of which are now available online. Credits can be applied toward high school graduation and also applied to a college or university degree. The state of Minnesota pays the tuition and most fees. To be eligible to enroll in these classes, students must meet admissions requirements for PSEO students. For more information about PSEO, begin by contacting the college admission office to discuss the enrollment process and admission requirements.
