If your family meets the eligibility guidelines, a parent or guardian must print, complete and return the "Application for Educational Benefits " form.  This is extremely important to MNOHS because some of the school's funding is based on the number of students eligible for Educational Benefits.  Also, although we don't serve lunch you may qualify for other benefits.  Please return this form promptly!

If you have submitted an online enrollment form, your enrollment will be complete when we have received:

1. your transcripts
2. a supplemental enrollment form (if you will be attending anothe public school at the same time as MNOHS)
3. your enrollment confirmation and science/PE permission forms
4. your benefits form (if your family qualifies)

However, it's very important that you go on to the next step to schedule an Orientation appointment and make sure you have the headset with microphone that you need for your courses.  Orientation must be completed when scheduled so you can start your courses on time.
